Are you looking for some boneless chicken breast recipes?

boneless-chicken-breast-recipes: Baked Boneless Chicken BreastYou have come to the perfect place for great boneless chicken breast recipes. Here I will provide you with descriptions of some of the best chicken breast recipes and a few tips to cook them just right.

Boneless Chicken Breast Recipes

Boneless chicken breast recipes come in lots of different forms, they use different types of seasonings, some will have you cut it into cubes or strips and some might even want you to cook then shred it. Either way you want to find some boneless chicken breast recipes that you like. I have listed some of my favorite here with a description of the recipe and the ease in making it.

Italian Ranch Chicken Breasts-this recipe is incredibly easy and from start to finish should not take more then 45 minutes. It uses dry ranch dressing and bread crumbs to season the chicken, which is an unusual combination but turned out to be very tasty. It also goes really well with ranch mashed potatoes.

Lemon-Herbed Chicken-as far as lemon herbed chicken recipes go I do enjoy this quit a lot. Mostly because it uses basic herbs that are usually on a spice rack and it uses a fresh lemon and Parmesan cheese. If you are looking for something quick then this is not the recipe for you. From start to finish, including time to marinade this recipe takes about 2 hours to make.

Easy Oven Fried Chicken-this boneless chicken breast recipe is incredibly simple to do. It uses yogurt and ritz and then you bake it for about 30 minutes. Start to finish shouldn't be more the 35 minutes. I have had better chicken but for how quick and simple this one is I still use it often.

Simple Chicken Bake-this recipe combines 5 different herbs and spices including salt, paprika and onion powder. Then you dip the chicken in milk and then the spice mix and bake it for 35 minutes. Overall this recipe is fairly easy and should take about 45 minutes from start to finish. Also for rice lovers out there I make a little extra of the seasoning mix and toss my cooked rice with it just before serving, mmm..mmm good.

Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Breasts-I love this recipe. You wrap bacon around the chicken and place it in your crockpot, then cover it with sour cream, soup and flour, let it cook and walla; an amazing dinner when you get home. This recipe is very simple and since it uses the crockpot there is almost no chance of burning it if you get busy. Prep time is about 15 minutes and then you cook it for about 6-8 hours.

Parmesan Chicken-this boneless chicken breast recipe is low in fat and still tastes amazing. It uses bread crumbs, spaghetti sauce and cheese for flavor. This recipe is a little bit time consuming since you do dip the chicken in eggs then the bread crumbs, put then after that it's just dump the sauce, place the cheese and cook. From start to finish you are probably looking at about an hour.

Tips and Tricks for Cooking Boneless Chicken Breast Recipes

1. Before you do anything with your chicken you can brine it. Brining anything is really a simple procedure you just create a salt water mix using 1 cup water and 1 tsp salt, making enough to cover the chicken. Let the chicken soak in the solution for at least an hour but more then 2 and it may come out too salty. Once that is done rinse the chicken with cool water and follow your recipe.

2. Another thing most people do not realize is that chicken continues to cook even after it is pulled out of the heating source. The temperature of the chicken will rise 5 degrees after you pull it out, so if you want to cook it to 170, which is what the FDA is suggesting right now then you only need to cook it to 165. Cooking the chicken too long will only dry it out.

3. If you are grilling your chicken then make sure to flip it often. Flipping the chicken often will help the chicken hold it's juices and thus keep it moist and flavorful.

4. If you used a boneless chicken breast recipe that included a marinade, then brush the marinade on the meat while you cook it. Doing this will help keep the chicken moist and add flavor. Just make sure to cook it for at least 2 minutes after you last brush it on, since you had raw chicken in the liquid.

5. If you are making extra for leftovers then you might consider pulling it out just before it's done, then when you reheat it the chicken will have more moisture then if it was fully cooked twice.

6. I think the most important tip I can give is to pick and use boneless chicken breast recipes that you enjoy and your family can enjoy. Nothing you do to a chicken will make it better if you hate the recipe you are using. Also don't be afraid to cook using different methods; you will be surprised how different the chicken tastes between grilling, baking, frying, boiling, roasting, or using a crock pot.

Baked boneless chicken breast recipe with just dry seasonings?
I'm looking for a recipe using boneless chicken breasts, no canned soups or sauces, no added veggies. I want a simple recipe where you just add dry spices/seasonings, maybe butter or olive oil. PLEASE also give baking time and temp, I am a new cook. Thank you! :)
