Spicy Chicken Pasta Recipe

Chicken Pasta Salad

chicken-pasta-recipes: Spicy Chicken Pasta Recipe 1lb Boneless skinless chicken breast
1 small yellow onion
1 stalk of celery
1 cup of italian dressing (low fat) oil based not creamy
1lb box of whole wheat Rotini pasta or rigatoni
salt and pepper to taste

Start with seasoning chicken on both sides with salt, and pepper add chicken into a sealed bowl or airtight plastic storage with 1/2 a cup of the Italian dressing bag overnight or few hours in the fridge.

Cook chicken on a indoor or outdoor grill with nice grill marks. Let chicken cool and rest before cutting. Cut into small chunks.

In a medium to large pot boil water add pasta cook until done rinse with cold water.

Mince small onion and dice celery.

Add chicken, pasta, celery and onion to large bowl season with salt and pepper add pasta, and 1/2 cup of Italian dressing.

This is a great recipe for those hot summer days. You can also add veggies such as broccoli, zucchini, corn or peas. Enjoy!
