Healthy Thai Salad Recipe: Thai Chicken Salad
I am not Thai, but I do enjoy Thai food. Over the last few months, Thai food has become really popular because of its richness in seasonings and spices. I'd like to share with you one of my favorite healthy Thai salad recipes: Thai chicken Salad. Thai chicken salad is a hearty salad of chicken, laced with a chili and lime dressing.
1.) Grill the chicken breasts to medium-rare. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes. 2.) When cool, thinly slice the chicken and put the slices in a large bowl. 3.) Add the sliced onion, cucumber matchsticks and lemon grass. 4.) Add the spring onions. Toss and season with lime juice and fish sauce. Serve at room temperature or chilled, garnished with the chilies, coriander, mustard cress and mint. By Stephenson Chea -
Curried Chicken Salad Recipe? Whole foods.?
I really love the curried chicken salad at whole foods. I want to get the recipe for it. I looked on the whole foods website but they only had the recipe for curreid chicken salad with jicama and it wasn't all the ingredients listed for the one that I like. I like the one with almonds, chutney, raisins and currants. Can somebody give me the recipe if they have it.
Thanks.
