Healthy Late Summer Stir Fry Recipes
Stir fry is a pretty good meal to have as it typically gives you some veggies as well as a lean protein meat. Combine that with the complex carbohydrates from the rice and you have a pretty tasty and healthy meal. Many of my friends cook but none make this quite the way I do.
- Chicken. For a family of three I usually use about a pound and a half.
- Broccoli, I use at least a cup
- One bell pepper sliced
- One onion sliced
- Teriyaki sauce. I use this because it has less sodium than soy sauce.
- Rice. You will need one and a half or two cups per part chicken you use.
