Do I eat healthy enough?
This is my usual food schedule from Monday-Friday.
Breakfast- Nothing
Mid morning snack- Nothing
Lunch- Nothing
Afternoon snack- It's different every day but it's either leftovers from last nights supper, bread with cheese or fruit and yogurt.
Supper- Always something healthy like spaghetti, chili, burritos, stir fry, homemade soup, thai and asian recipes, etc.
Every day I have a small bit of junk food like it might be a small bowl of ice cream, 3 or 4 cookies, a few candies, a bowl or 2 of chips. It's never all of those things. Once every 2 or 3 weeks I have a day when I eat a lot of junk food.
I'm 14, and I'm healthy, but I'm scared I'm going to get fat.
