Easy Tortilla Soup Recipe

1 can of chicken broth

1 can of Black Beans

1 medium size Jar of Salsa ( hot or mild, your choice)

Tortilla chips and shredded cheddar chesse( or your favorite kind)

Open all the cans and the jar of salsa put them into a medium sized pot. Cook on medium till it comes to a boil for about 5-10 minutes. Till it's good and hot. Crunch up some tortilla chips and put these in the bottom of your bowl, spoon the soup on top and add the shredded cheese to the top of the soup. Yummy. It's ready to eat. This serves about 4 people maybe only 2 if you want 2 bowls. Use 2 cans of each and have some leftovers unless you are serving a crowd.

Soup can make a great gift!

A good Christmas gift idea would be to get all the ingredients and put them in a cute basket or grocery bag (with handles) and arrange with a festive Kitchen hand towel. Add the recipe and the delicious soup does the rest. The recipent will love the soup and you.
