Recipe: Stuffed Chicken Breast
Mix cheese, ham, mustard and a bit of pepper in a bowl and create a pocket within the breast, stuffing a single breast with around a of the mixture.
For extra flavour, bread the breast as well. To do so, simply beat the white of an egg, and dunk a stuffed breast coating the skin, and then immerse in a bowl of breadcrumbs.
Heat some oil in a non-stick skillet over a medium to high heat, adding the breasts and cook till browned.
From there we want to get baking, so place them at 170F for about twenty minutes until the breast is no longer pink inside.

Im following a recipe for a coconut chicken curry and it says i have put the ingrediants in chicken stock, coconut milk and taramind paste i only have stock and coconut milk will that work or will it not thicken without the paste?? please help thankyouuuu x
